“To stay on track Erin enrolled in NCC’s evening courses and completed coursework in the summer term.”
One’s journey is not always a straight path. Culinary Arts student, Erin Vaillancourt, did not enter college immediately upon finishing high school. In fact, he did not graduate. Dropping out at age 16 to help support his family financially after his father’s early passing, Erin’s formal education was on hold.
At 26, Erin earned his GED and soon after enrolled in NCC’s Culinary Arts program. His plate is certainly full these days as he works over 50 hours a week while taking courses. To stay on track Erin enrolled in NCC’s evening courses and completed coursework in the summer term. A late bloomer, perhaps. But like a fine wine Erin has matured beautifully.
