American Regional Cuisine Classes

Drop-in students are invited to cook with NCC Culinary Arts students. Cost covers all supplies, and a serving to enjoy at home. Classes run on Tuesdays from 8:45-11:30 am. Choose from the following:

Classical Cuisine Bistro Classes

Drop-in students are invited to cook with NCC Culinary Arts students in the Classical Cuisine Bistro Course, preparing meals from start to finish. After class, join a 4-course lunch and take items home to enjoy. Classes take place on Thursdays, 8:45-11:30 am, throughout the fall semester. Choose from the following:

Preparing For Class

Please wear rubber soled shoes and pants. You will be loaned a chef jacket and knives to use for the session.
