Baking Classes, Cost: $99.

Drop-in students are invited to cook with NCC Culinary Arts students. Cost covers all supplies, and a serving to enjoy at home. Choose from the following:

  • Chocolate Pasta: Weds, Feb. 16 from 1 – 5 PM. Create chocolate ravioli with a pine nut ricotta filling, pinenut rosemary ice cream, port wine reduction and rosemary anglaise. Flyer
  • Crêpes: Weds, March 2 from 1 – 5 PM

International Cooking Classes, Cost: $99

Drop-in students are invited to cook with NCC Culinary Arts students in the International Cuisine Course, preparing meals from start to finish. After class, join a 4-course lunch and take items home to enjoy. See the flyer for details. Choose from the following:

  • Jan. 31 – Mexico
  • Feb. 7 – Caribbean and Central America
  • Feb. 28 – Greece
  • March 7 – Italy
  • March 28 – Middle East
  • April 4 – North Africa
  • April 18 – China

International Cooking Classes

  • Learn how to cook signature dishes from around the globe

Preparing For Class

Please wear rubber soled shoes and pants. You will be loaned a chef jacket and knives to use for the session.
