Is 100 percent of instruction going to be online? What about labs and clinical?

Since I cannot meet with my instructor in person, what should I do if I do not hear from my instructor?
Please contact your instructor via email or Canvas.
I am on a payment plan. Will there be the option to make adjustments to my payment schedule?
The bursar’s office will work with students who are on payment plans who may be unable to make payments on time due to job loss etc. The most important thing to do is to communicate with the bursar. NCC understands that this situation is unprecedented and will work with students on an individual basis to set up new payment plans.
How will financial aid be affected?

What if I don't have wifi or enough data to complete my assignments, or the right kind of equipment?
Although the Walter R. Peterson Library at NCC is closed, many library resources are available online 24/7. Library staff are working remotely and are available to assist students with research and projects. Please contact Library Staff by chat on the website, or at [email protected].
Is the library open?
Will the college be awarding grades or will students be assessed on a pass/no-pass basis this semester?
At this time, no changes have been made to the traditional grading process.
How can I return my book rental to the bookstore?
1. Go to www.nashuaccshop.com and click “Sign in”.*
2. Once signed into your account, click on “Rentals” to view all of your rented out titles.
3. Click “Return All Rentals by Mail”, then select the books you wish to check-in.
4. Print your free return label, and ship your books back to the bookstore! Be sure to print and include the packing slip along with your books! We need your Name and Phone#.

I am a running start student. Will I still earn college credit for my course?

- Since I can’t attend an open house, how can I learn more about the college?
All of NH’s community colleges have ways to learn more about the campus, programs and student life opportunity at each location, and more are being developed each week.
https://ccsnh.college-tour.com/homepage.php offers short videos of each college as well as overviews of topics such as transfer and serving adult learners.

- How can I get help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)?
The first step to applying for any form of financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Once this application is completed, you will receive a Student Aid Report from the Department of Education that will indicate your eligibility. This information will also be sent to Colleges you selected to receive your report on the FAFSA, and once awarded, you can see your award on SIS.
- SAT testing dates this spring have been cancelled. Will that affect my application?
While NH’s community colleges do not require SATs or ACTs for admissions, scores may be used in lieu of the ACCUPLACER placement exam offered by CCSNH. Contact the Admissions Office at the individual college you wish to enroll at to learn more. - I am unable to submit my official transcript, will that affect my application?
If you are unable to submit a copy of your official transcript at this time, we will accept an unofficial copy. As soon as you are able to, please submit an official copy to the Admissions office. - Does CCSNH have 100% online courses? Yes, all 7 colleges host 100% online classes.
