When is my federal student loan scheduled to disburse?
Your loan should be applied to your account on or about the disbursement date listed on the ‘Financial Aid Award’ page of your NCC SIS. Funds are not available to the student at this point.
When are the excess loan funds available to me?
The business office processes all the loans within 14 days of disbursement. A third party servicer will send an email to the student email address once any excess loan funds are processed. If you have direct deposit, you may receive your excess loan funds within 7 days after the business office processes all loans. No pick up at any location is available.
