Tuition is due two weeks prior to start of classes

When tuition is not fully covered by financial aid and/or a payment plan, it is the student’s responsibility to pay the difference two weeks prior to the start of classes.

A $50.00 late fee will be charged to the student if financial aid and/or a payment plan has not been established before the start of classes.

Students who have not accepted their financial aid award (the award letter from financial aid needs to be signed and returned to financial aid), established a payment plan, or paid in full two weeks prior to the start of classes may be deregistered from classes.

Pay Tuition Online

Students can pay their tuition in FULL or set up a Monthly Payment Plan online. Here are the steps:

You may pay your tuition in the College’s Financial Services Office located in Room 97 (near the West Entrance).

Monthly Payment Plan

If you receive a text or email from NCC regarding payment due, please do not ignore it. Call the Financial Services office at (603) 578-8902 or email [email protected]. A text or email indicating payment is due means we are showing that you DO NOT have financial aid finalized or a payment plan in place. Filing a FAFSA application does not mean you have set up financial aid. Payment arrangements must be set up or you may be dropped from classes you previously registered for. It is very important that you enroll in the correct term. Please verify the term before submitting your agreement. Payment plans established for the Fall or Spring terms will automatically adjust based on your current student balance. The Summer term payment plans need to be adjusted manually. If you add/drop classes for the Summer, please reach out to the Financial Services office. They will make any necessary adjustment.

Automatic Bank Payment (ACH No Fee) Credit card/debit card (2.85% fee will be assessed).

COST TO PARTICIPATE

$35 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & credit/debit card) $35 returned payment fee if a payment is returned.
