TEACHING PHILOSOPHY: As Chairperson of the Department of Social, Educational, and Behavioral Sciences, I am interested in exploring with students the careers and opportunities that Psychology and Human Services have to offer and the richness of that experience.
I am deeply committed to the transformative power that internships can have on students’ lives and work toward that intention with each group of students that comes through the Program.
I am excited to be part of your learning and look forward to interesting and interactive discussions when meeting you in our Human Services and Psychology classes. I enjoy participating in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation classes and often apply some concepts and experiential exercises to my NCC courses.
