In the Soldering Boot Camp, students learn the skills necessary to earn the nationally recognized credential, J-Standard 001.
“This skill is a good entry point to the electronics industry,” said Jon Mason, corporate, community, and continuing education coordinator at NCC. “By the end of the training, the successful student will have a functioning knowledge of soldering.”
Boot Camp Details:
- Next 6-week session: March 18 – April 26, 2024
- Classes run 3:00 – 6:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings
- Cost: $1,200
- No experience necessary
- Program graduates will have guaranteed interviews with BAE Systems, Inc. and other industry partners
