Allison Rheaume joined NCC in 2015 and she is the Nutrition and Wellness Program Coordinator. She teaches courses within the Nutrition and Wellness program such as Nutrition Health and Well Being, Nutritional Cuisine, Nutritional and Allergen Baking and Community Nutrition
Professor Rheaume has worked in bakeries in the New England and New Hampshire area with a focus on cakes, pastries and wedding cakes.
She found a love for teaching growing up in a family dedicated to education she also loves helping others find their passion in their careers and life.
Professor Rheaume grew up in a military family and found a home here in New Hampshire. She likes to spend time outdoors, in the kitchen and reading a good book.
