How to Obtain a FAFSA Summary

  1. Login to StudentAid.gov
  2. Click “My Activity”

  3. Click the aid year you want the summary for
  4. Click Actions > View FAFSA Submission Summary

  5. Click “Print FAFSA Submission Summary” and save it as a PDF

  6. Send that PDF to [email protected]
