Anyone can refer someone using the concern form to the CARE Team
The referral forms are sent through Campus Safety which will be assessed then distributed to the correct department. Campus Safety will determine whether referrals are sent to the CARE team or are cause for disciplinary action.
Include all relevant information or details that may be applicable to the concern including any documentation. Providing the most clear and detailed referral will ensure the CARE team can make the most effective and appropriate response. Once the referral form is submitted a member of the CARE team will review and contact you if specified.
