Payment is due two weeks prior to the start of the semester, if we do not receive your payment you will be assessed a late fee.

Tuition can be paid in the Business Office, on our website, by telephone or by mail.

There is no fee when paying with cash, check or an electronic check.
There is a 2.75% fee attached to any card transaction paying for tuition.

Yes, we offer a payment plan via our website each semester. The plan is time sensitive- relative to the length of the semester. The earlier you sign up, the more time you have to make payments. (There is a $30.00 nonrefundable enrollment fee for the payment plan.)

Becoming familiar with SIS (Student Information System) is the best way to keep informed about all things NCC.
Your student email is also very important. This is where we will communicate with you. Checking your email will insure you are well informed about your account.
