Guided Self‑Placement for English and Math

Nashua Community College uses a Guided Self‑Placement Survey to help place students into the appropriate programs and courses. Students will receive an email with a link to the FREE Guided Self Placement within 24 hours after submitting an application. 

Important:  You may complete the Guided Self‑Placement Survey only once for English placement and once for Math placement.

Please note that any GSP survey requests submitted, and any surveys completed, between July 7 and July 19 will begin processing on July 20.
 
Guided Self Placement Request Form

In some cases, the College may also ask you to take the College Board Accuplacer English test. This test helps the College better understand your English skills for course placement or program acceptance. If you have been asked to take the Accuplacer English test, you can request an appointment here.


Please note that remote Accuplacer requests submitted or completed between July 7 and July 19 will be processed starting July 20. In-person testing requests for August 3 will not be affected.
