- Complete our paper application form (PDF) or the online application form
- Submit evidence of a high school diploma, official transcript, or HiSET/GED
- Submit an official transcript of grades and courses for all post-secondary institutions you attended. High school and college transcripts are only considered official when they are sent to admissions in a sealed envelope directly from the institution. If you pick it up by hand, do not open the envelope.
- Transcripts may be used in course placement, and specific academic programs may require submission of high school transcripts, including for proof of successful completion of specific courses; therefore, students are encouraged to submit transcripts in order to be accurately placed into college courses.
