Nashua Community College uses the College Board Accuplacer to determine your skills in English and Math for course placement. Accuplacer is a free, untimed test taken in proctored sessions, either in-person, at NCC or remotely, from home .

Your Choice: Test at NCC or From Home (Remotely)

To test remotely, select “from home, remote”. Your testing voucher and instructions will be sent from Examity within 2 business days. Examity is available anytime except Sunday evenings, between 7pm and midnight. There is no charge to test remotely.
Examity is being replaced this weekend (September 15) by ProctorU’s Meazure Learning. Starting on September 18th, new vouchers will be sent with the new testing platform, including instructions on how to test with Meazure Learning. Please expect a slight delay in new vouchers being sent to students.

On September 15, 2024, ACCUPLACER® will transition to use Meazure Learning’s ProctorU platform for remote proctoring. What does this mean for you? All existing Examity remote vouchers will automatically be canceled at 10 p.m. ET on September 15. To ensure a smooth transition, all students should complete their testing with Examity before midnight ET on September 14. Starting September 16, new vouchers will be issued for students to test via Meazure Learning’s ProctorU Platform. |

Students must self-identify a learning need that may require testing accommodations before taking the Accuplacer placement test.
To request accommodations, please submit the ACCUPLACER Testing Accommodations Request Form and complete the testing form below.
NOTE: The Accuplacer is an untimed test therefore you may take as long as you need. You have the option to complete sections of the test on a different day.
