HEERF - Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund
The Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) is authorized by three separate acts: Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) (HEERF I); Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) (HEERF II); and American Rescue Plan (ARP) (HEERF III).
